Benchmarket has been created as a response to the changing OECD regulations regarding Transfer Pricing and its global implementation. As well as the simultaneous growing awareness of customers and need to secure the margin level of intra-group transactions on the market. Our clients are members of largest multinational groups, you are welcome to join them.
Our flagship product is comparative analyzes (benchmarking studies) for such transactions as:
- Purchase / sale of goods,
- Distribution and production activities,
- Support, IT and administrative (head office) services,
- Loans and bonds.
As part of our projects, we also prepare the Local File and Master File documentation. We draw up Transfer Pricing Policy from the scratch.
In our analyzes, we use both specialized external databases and market reports available to taxpayers.

Over 5 years of experience in Transfer Pricing gained while working in the largest consulting companies (EY and Deloitte) in the Transfer Pricing departments. Experience in valuation projects, including: Commodity transactions, Service transactions, License, Guarantees, loans and bonds.
As part of his practice, he carried out documentation and restructuring projects and supported the largest capital groups during control and tax proceedings. A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of Finance and Accounting with the specialization of Foreign Markets.
Grzegorz Plisz
Managing Partner
Lawyer, certified Tax Advisor. Graduate of the Law Faculty as well as Faculty of Management and Social Communication at the Jagiellonian University.
Grzegorz gained his first experience in reputable Cracow law offices during his studies. After, he joined Tax Controversy team at EY in Warsaw. He advised mainly large and medium-sized enterprises, mostly with regards to tax litigation, international tax services and transfer pricing. Benchmarket founder and partner since 2017.
